What is a Tier-Rific Gift?
It is a uniquely designed gift made up of hand picked necessities to begin the next tier in life.

What do you mean when you refer to the next Tier in life?
It is another way of looking at the next journey (stage) in life in which you are about to begin. For example, we would say when someone is getting married they are beginning their next tier in life.

Do you do custom orders?
Absolutely! You can email us what you have in mind and we will create something extra special just for you.

What shipping methods do you use?
We utilize Fed Ex. Please allow 2-7 business days for ground deliveries. For rush orders please indicate Rush order when placing your order. I will then email you the new shipping cost.

How long will it take to receive a custom order?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom orders. If you need a rush order, contact us by email or phone and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

What methods of payment  do you accept? 
We accept Pay Pal,  Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. All which is done 100% Secure and encrypted.

What type of diapers do you use?
Pampers Swaddlers - Size 1.  If you need a different Size please let us know.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Sorry, we are not shipping outside the U.S. at this time.

What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return  your unopen items for refund or exchange by contacting us within 5 business days from your purchase date.  Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  After the Five business  days, items cannot be accepted for return.  However, we encourage you to contact us with any concerns that you may have. We will make every effort to make sure you receive an item you are completely happy with.  In addition, we cannot accept any items that have been opened.  Items must be in new, unwrapped condition.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address we provide.  All custom orders are non-refundable.
